Community Mennonite Early Learning Center in Markham Il,  a not for profit, three star rated,NAEYC accredited child care center is seeking to hire a Director of operations.The individual must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood, knowledge of NAEYC accreditation procedures, and DCFS requirements.  Also required is a Director's Level II certificate or the ability to obtain one by 2016. Willingness to participate in the ExceleRate program is crucial. The ability to motivate and supervise teaching staff and solid communication skills is essential.
