Join us for a pre-conference session on the needs of homeless children and youth and how their lives can be made better through the simple act of play. Sponsored by Bright Horizons Foundation for Children and and Horizons for Homeless Children attendees will:

  • Learn about the plight of homeless children and their families, and their need for play in order to grow while larger solutions are sought.
  • Hear about programs that are creating warm, enriching, and affordable playrooms in shelters across the country.
  • Discuss Chicago’s local situation; meet other community, corporate, and nonprofit partners; and decide how you can be part of the solution.
