Hosting a booth in the Opening Minds exhibit hall gives you the opportunity to engage, inspire, and personally connect with thousands of leaders in child care and early education. You may use a booth to sell, demonstrate, and take orders for your products and services.
To reserve your booth and your ad in the conference program, please download and return the application and liability clause as soon as possible. Please note that reduced rates are available to all exhibitors whose forms are received before October 20, 2008. The application deadline for ads in the final conference program is November 9, 2008.

New This Year, Business Bingo!
There's no better way to generate increased booth traffic!
Connect with customers and increase sales by signing up to play Business Bingo! Business Bingo is intended to promote even traffic flow throughout the exhibit hall and provide more visibility to every booth.
A Business Bingo! card will be included in every attendee's conference packet. Your company's name and booth number will be listed on the Bingo card. Attendees who get their Bingo card stamped by at least 15 of our participating exhibitors will be eligible for raffle prize drawings.
To be a participating exhibitor, a raffle prize from your company must be donated (valued between $25-$50) The number of raffle prize drawings and times will be determined based on exhibitor interest. Registration deadline for Business Bingo! is Friday, January 2, 2009.
